Booking

I understand that you may not be able to attend an appointment but please appreciate that I miss an opportunity to fill that time slot when this occurs. This may result in other clients missing out on the chance of booking themselves in for a treatment. Due to this, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. You will be charged 50% of the treatment fee if you fail to contact me to cancel your appointment within the timeframe or, if you do not attend. Failure to pay the cancellation fee, you will not be rebooked for future appointments. Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are late, I may not be able to carry out the full treatment time. If you are later than 15 minutes, this will result in your appointment being cancelled and you being charged 50% of the treatment fee. I have a waiting room with facilities for hot and cold beverages for you to enjoy whilst you wait.

I require a £20 deposit for each service I offer which must be paid upon booking. I cannot secure your appointment until this has been done. Please note this is non-refundable.
